In order to help jolt Rahr’s sales during non-peak times of the year, we created a special branded event tailored to them. Rahr-B-Q Season, kicking off Texas barbeque season in early April, included a full package of both on- and off-premises promotions in bars, barbeque joints, and grocery stores.
The promotion was smoking hot: Sales of Rahr Texas Red Amber Lager sales increased by 30%, and meat sales in grocery stores where the promotion ran nearly doubled.
